At which point is a business person said t be over confident?

I have heard people say that a business person is just over confident. Is a business person that has quality products or services not expected to be confident? When is that confidence taken to be excessive to be termed "over-confidence"?

Some business people overestimate the results of their products so much without recourse to likely circumstances that can make it fail. That's overconfidence from a business person and it is not good.

I business owner can be said to be over confident when they no longer take out time to plan their moves before taking it.

Nothing is perfect, including products. If the owner of the business believes that his/her products are perfect, s(he) is overconfident.
