At your level as an entrepreneur, can you mentor someone in business?

As an entrepreneur, we hope to grow to the point that people would learn from us. Having been running a business for some time, one should get to a point that they can mentor an entrant in their line of business.

Can you mentor another person in your business?

I am having like three apprentices under me. I can boldly say that I can mentor others in my business with how far I have gone.

Well to a large extent I can .I know I have the knowledge and the skills though it might depends on the kind of business though

I am very proud to say that I have trained others in my line of business and they are standing alone now.

I can give some pointers in one area or the other, but I feel I still need more mentorship before I can think of bringing others under me.

Nobody knows all we can always mentor others in the little areas we know and that's the truth

I have rejected many who want to be under my mentorship. The reason is that i don't think my business have reach the level the level of mentorship. Am still learning and still need to master some important things in my business.

Sure, no knowledge is a waste whichever way you can help it you can go ahead it would add up for the person

I have been six years in my line of business. I won't be making a mistake to call myself a veteran in that field and I can monitor people. And I have already done that.

I am even thinking of applying to the state government to send candidates for training in my field to my business so I train them and the government pays me.
