ATM Maintenance Fees: Don't you think it is waste of money now?

We have completely digital banks that don't charge any fees for transactions.. But some people still own ATM cards and pay periodic ATM maintenance fees.

Don't you think that it is unnecessary expenses to own an ATM card and pay that fee in this era?

I don't have an ATM card. It has actually been really long that don't have an ATM card. And I don't need it.

Even though mbanking generally provides a feature to withdraw money at an ATM machine (without a card), we still need an ATM card, because ATMs don't need internet. so I think we still need an ATM card.

I have an ATM card. And my own is virtual. I need it to make international transactions. Apart from that, I don't really use it. I don't mind the maintenance fees.

I rarely make use of my ATM cards, but they still charge me for maintenance fee each month, i don't know why.
