Being rich and unhappy or living a simple and happy life?

Sometimes I wonder if chasing wealth is really worth our time. Some people spend years chasing it and when they find wealth they realize that this is not what they were looking for, but rather a simple and peaceful life. Do you believe that it is better to be simple and happy than rich and unhappy?

I have always wished for peace and happiness in my life, I never wanted to be rich in my life, I have always wished to have enough money just to fulfill basic needs.

There is notting like having peace of mind though, but while I have this I believe I would still be wealthy in the future.

Wealth cannot be measured in terms of limits, the richer we are, the greedier we will be to collect money, a simple life will be the main goal as long as income continues to flow.

The funny thing is a person could be living a simple life and still be rich or wealthy. The most important thing is that there is a stable flow of income to do whatever you want to do whenever you need to do it.

I prefer a simple yet happy life. Attaining genuine happiness has always been one of my dreams. I will just work harder to ensure my survival. Hehe
