Between talking to your device and texting which one is the best?

For me l really like talking to the phone during the day time especially during the time that l am free from my work. On the other hand l like texting that is charting during night time and when dealing with some confidential matter that would need some evidence.

I am an introvert, so talking is not my thing. I get tired quickly while doing it. So I like to text at any time of day. LOL.
