Between the internet bundle subscriptions and the WiFi which is which?

For me l have noticed that using the mobile internet subscriptions is way much more cheaper than using the WiFi network. That is because it's very expensive to manage WiFi in my country.

In metro cities, some companies are offering WiFi internet at cheap rates, though most people use mobile internet data since it is cheaper and is portable.

My internet here is 24 /7 unlimited. I also have a pocket wi fi and a home plus wi fi to backup incase of current or Internet failure. My monthly subscription of my Internet is cheap, only $ 22 a month.

For now i am only using a regular data bundle plan, i am thinking about buying a pocket mifi in the future though.
