Binance Alpha 2.0

Recently, I heard that the Binance crypto exchange has launched Binance Alpha 2.0. Is this different from the Binance exchange that we have been using so far, is Binance Alpha 2.0 only intended as governance for token selection. What do you think?

I have not yet encountered Binance
Alpa 2.0. I really do not have any idea about it only Binance. I believe it's the same as Binance Exachange.

I have seen the notification for Binance Alpha. But I am yet to grasp what it really entails. But I trust Binance on innovations.
