I tend to play both sides. Bitcoin is reliable for long term holding, and it can grow steadily. Altcoins, on the other hand, can spike fast and offer bigger short term returns if chosen wisely. For me, mixing both is the key, Bitcoin anchors the portfolio, while altcoins give potential upside without going all in.
