Blog on your forum

Do you add blog section on your forum? How do you add the blog section? Do you add it in your main forum by using a blog category or do you add blog on a subdomain or directory of your site? I have done both (blog category in the main forum as well as blog on subdomain). My favorite method is to use on a directory or subdomain

I enjoy having a blog section on my forum for informative articles or even news articles if they fit the kind of forum I have.

For example, my wrestling forum has an article area for wrestling news.

As much as I would love to buy the addon for articles, I instead us the built in article option on Xenforo for now.
