I firmly agree that blood is inherited and character is built. No matter what we do we can't change the fact which is why we always hear that blood is thicker than water as a reaction to someone who may harm our family member. However, the fact remains that we can build reputation through building first our character in a way people appreciate us. We're the one who can shape our character that aligns with the norm.

For me, a character is not inherited but it can be changed and transformed by the person once he or she grows mature. But blood is always inherited which is why if your blood type is "O" it will be the same as your parents
