Frequently referred to as "the most important meal of the day," breakfast has valid reasons. Breakfast breaks the fasting phase during the night, as the name suggests. It helps maintain a healthy lifestyle by providing other vital nutrients needed for optimum health. It also speeds up your metabolism and improves your ability to focus and perform.

AGREE or DISAGREE
 
Yes, this is the most essential meal of the day. However, I am guilty of this. I don't eat breakfast often. I normally eat two meals per day: lunch and dinner. I also consume some nutritious snacks in between. Breakfast can help you kickstart your day and keep your blood sugar under control.
