Browser vs Password Manager for saving passwords?

We visit and sign up on many sites. And there is a need for most internet users to track their passwords or login details. There are two options to save your password. Either browser or a dedicated password manager app.

Browser or Password Manager apps for saving passwords?

Since I would be using my browser to access the sites, I prefer to save the passwords on the browser.

I just let the browser app save the password for me, though most times i tend to use the same password so it's easier for me to remember.

I don't want to run a separate password manager app when by browser can save my passwords effectively. So I use my browser to save my passwords.
