Families and peers must work hand in hand to provide consistent care, motivation, and safety a united effort allows people born disabled to grow with confidence and contribute meaningfully to community development normally we can say its family and peer networks.

I completely agree that both family and peers play a crucial role in the growth and confidence of individuals born with disabilities. Families provide the foundation — love, emotional support, and a sense of belonging that helps build inner strength. However, peers also have a powerful influence, as they shape social interaction, inclusion, and self-esteem. When these two forces work together, the individual feels accepted, valued, and encouraged to reach their potential.
Unfortunately, in many communities, families often shoulder the entire responsibility, while peers remain distant due to misunderstanding or stigma. This needs to change. Awareness programs and inclusive education can help bridge that gap, allowing peers to see beyond disabilities and recognize abilities. When family support meets peer inclusion, it creates an environment where people with disabilities not only survive but thrive, becoming active contributors to community growth and development. Unity truly transforms outcomes.
