A Bhubaneswar Municipality joint commissioner was assaulted by BJP party goons. All Odisha bureaucrats have gone on leave and therefore work in most government offices have come to a stand still. The OAS( Odisha Administrative Services) officers association has kept some safety related demands which the Odisha Government is yet to accept. Five people have been arrested but the main accused is absconding.
