Real estate investment is considered one of the better investments, yet in some areas, homes which are empty are burgled repeatedly with doors damaged . Do you know anyone who is facing this problem? Is this a common practice in the area where you live or the problem is faced only in a specific area?

It is not a common practice in my country. That is so weird burglars keep on burglarising people's homes. Your country is dangerous for strangers and visitors. I thought there is none like that in India.

One of the reasons for damaging the home may be that they want to harass the home owner, force him or her to sell the house cheaply. If burglars are breaking the doors repeatedly the home owner may not want to invest more.
