Business competitors sharing deals and working together.

There is a fashion shop a pole away from mine. We are supposed to be competitors. But we collaborate rather than compete. When work is choking for me, I send some to her and she helps me and we work out a deal to share the payment. She does same when work is too much for her. Is it possible for close business competitors to collaborate?

It is possible for competitors to collaborate at times. You can compete on strategy, customer service, but can also collaborate in certain areas when there is a need.

I work in a school and the school doesn't have approval to hold a particular certificate exams. They take students to another school that has the approval for them to write there.
