A webhosting company is not interested in retaining some customers refusing to reply to their support tickets when there is a problem with the payment processor integration, Razorpay? Why does the business not want some customers?
That's weird, what kind of company is that? Why don't they like to help the customers needing support? That's the reason why they do not like customer retention. They are lazy people.
The company was earlier Indian and now it appears that the company is taken over by a British company. They may not be wanting me as a customer, since I am exposing many online, financial frauds.
There might actually be a reason as to why they have not been able to reply their support tickets, I don't think there is any company out there that would intentionally choose to not retain their customers.
I think, they never liked to hold the responsibility of the workers' Social Security System as their retirement and other benefits intended for the retained or regular workers.
Maybe the business has too many customers and won't mind losing some. You should summarily dump that business for an option that has more empathy for customers.
There are businesses that consider themselves so essential and that they would always have customers. Example is power generation and distribution companies.
