Almost all crypto exchanges allow users to receive payment using the exchange address without any documentation, especially for small amounts of less than $10. Only major exchange is extremely rigid and is refusing to credit the customers account for more than 18 months. What is the reason why the exchange is so rigid and refuses to credit users?

I have never heard of a crypto exchange that refuses to credit the crypto account of users when crypto is sent to it. It is not even in the hands of the exchange.
