Business people should just learn to be generally nice. A potential customer is watching.

So yesterday, a guy from the neighbourhood that I am not familiar with came to my shop and asked for my charger to charge his phone. I gave him the charger and he used it for over two hours to charge his phone in a nearby shop.

He returned the charger and thanked me. Today, he came to my shop with a lady. She introduced the lady as his cousin. And the lady is getting married next week. I am to make all the clothes they are using for the wedding. Over 20 clothes to make. And I got the job to make all.

As a business person, try and just be nice to everyone.

Anyone that can't just be nice should not think of opening a business. Being nice with people has given many business owners and businesses big connections that turned around their business.

Yes, businese owners just have to he nice to customers. Doing this will bring you more customers and sales

Not just being nice to customers. Business people have to be nice with everyone. It actually helps people to get attracted to the business.
