Businesses are always about trying to achieve customers satisfaction. But the truth is that the majority of customers don't care about the survival of the business. That's why they wish you can even sell below your cost price. Do you care about the businesses you patronize?

To be honest not all customers actually care about the business they patronize, this is why they can easily move to another business the moment they feel like it.

I'm selling milk tea business in the mall and my customers are mostly strangers. I don't expect their care and loyalty. People are coming in and out in the mall. Only my friends and relatives patronize my business, so they care me.
