This is a matter of sensitivity. Every business should return exactly the same vibes that a customer gives.

You can't give the opposite vibes of what a customer is giving and expect the customer to feel cool patronizing the business.

An excited customer should be given energetic vibes. A relaxed customer should be given warm and relaxed vibes.
 
There you have it. That if a customer gives you a ghost and you give him a ghost. He should not be a quiet customer and then you make noise. You must have the same vibe as him. That the way to make him continue to come to your business, it must be like that.
