Some businesses always want the customer to be happy and won't want to side with their staff in case of a misunderstanding between a staff and a customer. They would not call the bluff of the customer even when it is clear that the customer is the wrong party.

Businesses should do more to protect their staff.

I saw a case like that, a staff was fired on the spot without listening to the explanation. It was so unfair to the staff. There were witnesses to vouch it's the customer guilty but the business owner acted like dumb.

It is only sycophants business owners that always want to make the staff look bad to a customer. Even when the staff is wrong, the business should protect him or her from the customer.

The business owner must not be partial. He must know the reasons or explanations of the two parties involved. If the customer acts rudely it's obvious that he or she is rude to the employee. The employee deserves respect and protection.
