There are businesses that as far as you are actively working, you must be standing up. You can't actually sit and serve a customer with such business. Example is hair braiding business, makeup business, barbing salons.

On the other hand, my business requires me to sit all day on a sewing machine. Barbers stand every time they are actively barbing.

Yeah it is to create time to rest to avoid breaking down. You need to be intentional about your health as well

I think if a person starts these jobs and businesses that require standing for long hours and has been doing uh job for a long time, they would master the job or business.
