Buyer not sending the complete amount for P2P services

I had sold some crypto using P2P services , and the seller did not send the entire amount which was promised. He said that he could not send the paisa/fractional amount. In this case is it advisable to release the entire crypto to the seller or ask him to send the fractional amount?

That's why it is always advisable to use a crypto exchange that has an escrow like Binance. You can easily file for incomplete transaction and let the exchange platform resolve it.

A trade can't be marked as successful without you the seller confirming that you received the complete amount of crypto or fiat you are selling.
