Some people are operating businesses on this mould. They are buying food items in the rural areas because they are cheaper over there to come resell in the city.

What do you think of such a business model?

A lot of people here in my region are into thos kind of business and they are making it as they sell the products a lot cheaper to the buyers

I just bought some staple foods from someone that sources them from the rural areas. The person has lots of customers that clear out her products as they arrive.

One sure thing is that foodstuff always sell very fast. Having where to source it cheaply like rural areas would help your profiting from that business.

Yes this is a good business that a lot of food sellers do today, but before going into this business, you need to also consider the cost of transportation.

The main problem for that kind of business is the higher transport costs associated with the ferrying of the products from the rural areas to the cities where the market is located.

You have to look at the transportation cost as well. you need to make sure it would still net you profit
