Can a business organization easily find a non remote staff to hire from LinkedIn?

Most of the profiles of professionals that I see on LinkedIn are mostly suited to remote work. And most of the people that I know that get jobs from LinkedIn always get remote jobs.

I want to ask, can an offline easily find staff to hire for on-site jobs through LinkedIn?
