If a customer is making losses because the customer support of an insurance company, updated the records incorrectly, without reading the email sent properly, can the insurance company file for defamation, if the customer complains online mentioning the insurance company name. For almost one month, the insurance company is falsely using a goa address, updating government records incorrectly, despite visiting the office repeatedly.
