A marriage contract can be considered fake in several ways, each with different legal implications. A marriage can be legally void if it lacks essential elements required for a valid union. This means the marriage is invalid from its inception, as if it never happened, if one or both were under age, already married, or legally incapable of consent. One party was coerced, forced, or tricked into marriage. This could involve duress, fraud, or undue influence. This marriage violates laws prohibiting unions between close relatives. One or both parties were already legally married to someone else.

A voidable marriage remains legally valid until a court declares it annulled. This refers to situations where the marriage ceremony itself is a sham, often for immigration purposes or to gain financial benefits. While the ceremony might appear valid, the intention behind it is fraudulent. Such arrangements are illegal and could lead to criminal charges for those involved in the deception.

In summary, a marriage contract can be considered fake in various ways, ranging from legal invalidity to fraudulent or fictitious arrangements. The legal consequences vary significantly depending on the nature of the fake marriage. It is crucial to understand the legal definitions and implications of each type of invalid marriage.

Although contract marriages are often considered fake, they are legally valid because the bride and groom are married in an official government office. Contract marriages often occur, for example, if a woman is pregnant before marriage and the man runs away to another country, then to cover up the woman's shame she will ask another man to marry her, until she gives birth, in exchange for money. So that when the baby is born on the birth certificate, the names of both parents will be listed according to the marriage book.

@Starmix this is not the real problem fake contract marriage or not. It could be real contract marriage however the man doesn't hold up any kind of responsibilities and that is the biggest problem and could continue adventures with girls like he is not married and what was his habits before marriage this is the biggest problem. It could be for a reason a married men do a fake contract with a women but he is someone how could be responsible and could be considered as good husband but for country legal problems for forbid marry more than one women do this temporary.
