Can I resell a branded item I bought using the stock photos?

Imagine that I bought a Nike shoes and I want to resell it online, am I free to use the stock photos? Is that legal? Or do I have to take another current photo of the shoe to sell it?

The company that made the product has exclusive copyright to all stock photos of that product. And you can't use it to resell that product.

If you sell Nike shoes or other products online, which you bought and if you take or use stock photos then there is a risk of copyright infringement, because stock photos belong to the creator, so even if you sell original Nike shoes it is also a violation of the law, so you should take photos of the shoes you bought.
