Can prices of products in an online shop be negotiable?

The prices of products in an online shop are always displayed on the site. With that, is it possible for a potential customer to negotiate the price of the products that he or she wants to buy from a online shop? Or is it fixed?

I expected this as much, I don't think it easy to see an online shop that will agree or negotiate any price with.
