Can you access the telegram channel on your laptop?

I had used some social media platforms quite for long on either of my devices. However l have not been able to access my telegram channel on the the laptop or desktop. What could be the reason behind that?

I have never used Telegram on a personal computer. I don't even know if Telegram has a desktop app for any desktop operating system.
