Normally, the time to resume operations in the company is 5:30 AM. And there is this guy that works there. He is very skilled in the entire production process. Without him, the production might not turn out that good. But he can't make it to the company by 5:30 AM. He has pleaded that he would be on ground by 6 AM. Is it right for the company to shift the production resumption time by 30 minutes to accommodate this vital staff?

Making adjustments can help ensure that key processes and responsibilities are handled effectively, even if there are changes or challenges.

Yes i can definitely do this, especially if the staff is worth it. If the staff is valuable enough, then it's definitely worth it.
I agree with you, if the staff is worth it they should be able to adjust it without any problem.

Exactly, it won't make sense for the company to put in that much effort just to hire someone who is not worth the sacrifice.
