Can you rate online businesses as satisfactory?

Because of bad services of some online sellers, negative feedback is addressed to them. Only s very few virtual online sellers are honest. Some people experience phobia buying online. It's better to buy offline.

The rise of scams online can really tarnish the reputation of trustworthy businesses, making it tough for them to thrive.
That's correct those quality online merchants will be affected once they're rated. Customers rate generalising all merchants as the same which sounds unfair.

I can only rate an online seller satisfactory if it's worth of my rate. I never had experience a satisfied order upon its delivery mostly delivered wrong and sometimes bad quality not worth of my money. So the rating is zero over 10.

Shopee offers COD check first, so if the item you receive is not suitable you can return it to the courier and don't have to pay. If you are an online business owner, you want to assess/rate your online business by satisfying customers, namely by feedback, sales level, etc.

I rated Shoppe negatively. I purchased through COD two hearing aids for my elderly aunt but what arrived at my door FAKE order. I tried to contact it's merchant but it said that I will only be reimbursed if I haven't opened the parcel, How will I know what's inside if I didn't open? I reported the matter to the NBI and the merchant was charged and told to close the shop of that Shoppe merchant. I spent $ 300 I wasted my hard earned money. Most online sellers are not legit or honest.
