Cannot access files using file manager

I am trying to modify some html files for my webhosting account to place an advertisement, yet I find that I cannot do so. What could be the reason for not being able to access the files for modification?

l too passed through the same menace. However when l experience that, l usually restart the devices for a retrial.

That file manager issue is very annoying and many people experience it when they are in a hurry to use their phone. Turning the phone off and on is a good trick to clean the system and remove minor errors that are slowing things down. You have to be a little patient because often the phone just needs a break to start working properly.

Maybe you have limited access with the file manager app? You can try other apps like explore and the likes if it would work better.
