I met a lady that always carries water bottles every time. And she tells me she really saves money that she would have used to buy bottled water outdoors. Does carrying bottled water out really help to save money? Is it really worth the savings?

If you are outdoors for a long time and if you need a lot of water, carrying your own water bottle saves a lot of money. But it does not save at once, it saves if you make it a daily habit.

I agree that if someone carries his own water in a bottle either school, or traveling (unless work will be provided with water), then it is better to bring his own water to save money, even though it seems that the price of mineral water containing 1 liter is less than one USD, but if we multiply in one month the amount will be large.

Unfortunately, I can't. As I suffer from severe IBS, the doctor prescribed me only bottled mineral water (from supermarkets), as water at home, despite having been purified by a specific filter, worsens IBS symptoms. And the doctor is right: as I stopped drinking water from whatever tap, inflammatory episodes have been reduced.

When I go out, I always bring my own water bottle. Bottled water is expensive here. Carrying own water bottle does help to save money. Other than that, you can always drink when you feel thirsty instead of trying to find a place to buy water.

I don't bring bottled water. There's water dispenser and mineral water in the office part of a weekly budget at the university where I work. During day offs, I stay at home, so there's always water. However when I travel to other cities, I bring with me bottled water. It's easy to dispose.

I always carry tow water bottles out everyday. I don't want to spend money on water too everyday.
There's the way to go if you want to spend less on water. you have your water bottle which you drink from.
