Mental health problems comes with a lot of pains for those going through it. I think it is better to know what can cause or bring mental health problems so that we can run away from such. So what are these causes?

Mental health problem was the worst one during pandemic where people were locked in the cage , their homes because of total lock downs. Many committed suicide because they were not used to be in a closed door at home. They don't understand that state was temporary and what's final will be the virus that may suck their lungs. Financial problem us another cause.
To my knowledge, mental illness comes from excessive damage to the brain from what we take to our bodies. Especially drinks or drugs.
Well there can be a lo t reasons personally I think thay mental health strongly depends on the perspective and things like that COVID really messed up things for me the time goes much faster and it makes me a bit sad
While depression and anxiety can cause mental instability, mental health can also be caused by hereditary. Some family have psychological problems in their DNA. There is a family i know that have two mentally unstable kids.
