Celebrity chef, Fregz, and his wife, actress Lala Akindoju, are celebrating seven years of marriage.


The couple marked the day with heartfelt Instagram posts.


Fregz praised Lala for being his “co-pilot” through life, thanking her for insisting on premarital counselling and always staying three steps ahead.

Lala, in her own post, reflected on their journey, saying she is grateful for the life they have built and called him her “best life and purpose partner.”
