When a property sale was finalized, the terms were agreed and token money was paid to the seller. Yet after 10 days, the seller is changing the terms of the deal and also refusing to cancel the deal, so that she does not have to refund the token amount paid and they can extort more money. If there was a written agreement the first time, and the buyer has a copy of it, the best thing would be to get a lawyer.
If there was a written agreement, I won't even mind the seller. I would go ahead and do what I want to do on the property. I would sue him for trespass if he comes into the property again.
