Cheater government employee now wishes to negotiate

A cheater haryana mba got a very lucrative intelligence job falsely claiming to own my bank account, resume and ruthlessly cheated, exploited robbed me for more than 12 years. Now finally after wasting time complaining daily, the mba's fraud is exposed , now she allegedly wishes to negotiate. Is it worthwhile negotiating with a person who has ruthlessly cheated, exploited, criminally defamed you, effectively ruining your life?

Honestly, after that much damage, i wouldn't trust a single word. Negotiating with someone who spent years lying and exploiting you sounds risky. They are only talking now because they got caght. Unless its through legal channels with protection, i would keep my distance and focus on getting justice properly.
