A listed company has declared dividends and claims that the dividend is sent to the shareholder, yet the shareholder has not received it. When the company was contacted, the company secretary said that she would pay the dividend to the bank account, yet she has not paid the dividend for more than 20 days. What can be done to get the dividend due?

If cash dividends are distributed, they will be transferred directly to the customer's fund account, if they are in the form of shares, they will be added to your stock portfolio. Maybe your share purchase was on the Ex Date, or after the Cum date so you are not entitled to receive dividends for this period.
