Compassion should be instilled into a person since childhood. A child should not be allowed to be cruel to anyone, even animals. This will gradually eradicate bullies from the society. Empathy goes a long way and God saves those who are kind and sympathetic.

Train up a child in the way he should grow, and when he grows up he would not depart from it. The best time to train a child and teach them the best things is when they are kids.

I hate to see and hear news about people maltreating animals like dogs and cats. Some people kill and eat dog meat. It's a barbaric act. Kids while still young must be taught to love humanity and animals.
