Takeru Kobayashi, the Competitive eater and six-time Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest champion, has announced his retirement.

He made the announcement in the Netflix documentary, “Hack Your Health: The Secrets of Your Gut”. he said he's ready to focus on his well-being and repair the damage he's done to his body over the past two decades eating all sorts to win a competition

he did he wants to live a healthy and long life, so has decided to quit competitive eating contests.

At least he realized that eating hot dog does not make sense. It ruins human health. Perhaps that guy became so huge and sickly, so no pain, no gain.
