If a reputed company in another country cheats you, what is the process to get justice. Should the victim complain online or contact the embassy to find out what can be done to recover the money due?

Complaining against a business for fraud

The person should complain to the cyber cell and the embassy too. Recently " Trueway Academy " cheated me by taking money but not delivering the product. Since it happened in India I complained to the cyber cell.

Can you share which product or service you purchased from Trueway Academy and the amount you paid. If the amount is large it can be very frustrating trying to get justice.

It was a pentablet and the amount was Rs. 5635. I complained to the cyber cell but only received a whatsapp message of refund but till today I haven't got the refund.
My own is that you should not call out a business for fraud on social media. Just know the proper authorities to channel the complain to.
