I really Don't think the government can do this unless the actual owners of these site decides to sell it to the government.
I doubt your assertion! How much is that money online entrepreneurs are making that is worth stealing? I think online business offers peanuts and too little for such inconveniences!

Your problem seems eternal on tech companies, government and corrupt engineers. Even a small earning business they are still stealing. My ears cannot believe that it is happening in your society.
The government here isn't involved in online sites unless it's thiers. Besides that, a lot of eople.in my country dont beloeve it's possible to make money online so money making opportunities are really up for grabs in my country.
This isn't happening in my country the thing is that a lot of people are still not interested in working online for now
