Corruption is like a disease and it sucks the peoples' money. It could be done by a politician or a business person. Corruption cannot be cured and it is deeply rooted in a particular society , thus, making the economy a failure or a business to fail because the money is kept or hoarded by the culprit. Though all of us practice corruption but not to the extent that the culprit land in jail but may face a sanction that may ruin his reputation . Many corrupt politicians in my country landed in jail ; others were already released after serving their crimes . In a business center for example, the owner may corrupt the salary of the workers by not allowing them to experience increase. What can you say?

Yes you are right, when there is corruption, it will be extremely hard for proper growth to take place.
That is true and the corrupt person has no shame feeling not guilty. There are many of them this time anywhere in the world Greediness of money drives them to do evil.

Yes, corruption and nepotism makes it difficult for a business to grow, the business owner wastes time and money trying to get justice, and the business growth is affected
Exactly and those in power continue indulging in corruption until their souls go to eternal fire. The corrupt people swim in filthy millions. They never have conscience.

Corruption in developing countries is rampant, they do political corruption so that it is done in groups, which is difficult to trace where the command is, actually corruption can be eradicated or suppressed, but it depends on the leader of the country/president and other officials, in general they are not willing to eradicate corruption totally, it is only a formality not serious, If the corruptors were impoverished or their property was confiscated by the state, so that their families become very poor, and their descendants are not allowed to become civil servants or officials, then the corruptors would certainly think twice.

Corruption is everywhere now especially when it comes to politicians. They are always on the move to steal and loot the treasury
It is not only in politics, it also happens in offices private and public as long as the culprits find a way to steal people's money. Most of them do not have a conscience, they are never bothered by their corruptible minds and attitudes.

It’s true, when corruption becomes baked into the system, whether it’s government contracts, business operations, or financial oversight, it strangles any chance for fair growth. I’ve seen cases where honest businesses got shut out or bled dry while insiders padded their pockets. If more people were aware of tools like procurement fraud whistleblower protections, we’d probably see more accountability. But fear and apathy keep most silent.
