There are a lot of ad networks that offer you crypto ads and also pay you in crypto. Have you used these ad networks? Well, I have used something called Adhitz, they did not specialize in crypto ads but they did pay with crypto (litecoin and Bitcoin). Sadly, the shut down. I have also used A-Ads but I had to stop using because of low payment. I also used Bitcoadz but it shut down.

I find that almost paypal paying ad networks are not counting the page views properly, not paying as promised, so I am using other networks though they pay very less.

I think they are running ad networks since 2011. They are the oldest in the market. The rate depends on your traffic location. If you get north American traffic, you might earn well
