The line between cultural exchange and cultural appropriation is often blurred. How can we celebrate and share cultures without disrespecting their origins and meanings?
Though the line between is two is imaginary. You can adore and celebrate a culture while at the same time abhor some part of the same culture. That's brings about need for exchange or adoption from another culture. For instance, in some part of African, the culture forbids twins but as time goes on, that aspect of culture is abolished. Now, the culture was exchange with another culture which celebrates twins. As you can see, it all depends on individual perception and understanding.
