Well that's life for you . You win some and lose some.if you are not gaining from a thing you leave it but you have still gained knowledge
This exposes the problem professionals offering training services face, if the student does not get a good job or make a profit after paying for the course they may take legal action against the trainer.

One thing people need to understand is that what works for you might not work for the next person, or you are simply not putting in your 100% like the other person.
The influencer actually has no case to answer. Was there any contract that they would see a particular result by subscribing to the program?
The contract has disclaimers, so that legal action cannot be taken against the trainer, but she was charging a very large amount, and many people were making losses.
That's what happens with anything online. And the customers don't even have any leverage against the training organizer.
