A friend of mine had a small repair to do with her phone. And there is a phone repair shop on my street. But this my friend preferred to take her phone to another city to repair at a higher cost. That's because the phone repair shop in my street had one time messed up the phone repairs she had given there.

When a customer has a bad experience with your business, that customer is lost forever.
 
Very true, there are some persons i don't go to, even if they are closer to me simply due to how they have treated me before or the poor quality of their service.
 
This is true. There is a shop close to my house which i never buy anything from because they always take time before attending to me.
And even if they change the person that used to take time to serve you, it is likely that you would still not buy from them.
