According to the report, police in Las Vegas uncovered horrific abuse inside a small one-bedroom apartment after a woman fled to a Walgreens claiming her husband threatened to kill her, prompting a welfare check.

The report said that officers found two children padlocked inside a dog cage, severely bruised, emaciated, and starving, with investigators later learning the children were beaten daily and deprived of food by their father, Travis Doss, while their stepmother, Amanda Stamper, failed to intervene.

The report added that both were arrested and charged with child abuse, with Stamper sentenced to prison and Doss later pleading guilty to multiple counts.

Evil parents, they don't deserve to have children. The father was looking all stylish, meanwhile, his kids at home are being starved and locked up in dog cages!
